The award for Best Perks & Benefits is determined through factors such as fostering a caring culture, supporting work-life balance, community impact and making a difference in an employee’s health and well-being. The award for Best Compensation is best on employees’ overall satisfaction with their compensation package, including salary, raises, bonuses, stock/equity, and benefits.
