The FinancialForce Community has been designed as a central hub where our customers and staff come together to solve problems, answer questions, exchange ideas, and learn about the many FinancialForce.com solutions and how to maximize them. Here's what you get and how to get access.
Consider this your central go-to page, guiding you to find all things FinancialForce.com. Get a quick overview of the latest training materials, trending topics, support cases, the latest community ideas and upcoming events. We’ve even provided access to the product roadmaps so you know when to expect the next release(s) of our applications.
You have questions. We have answers. We make it easy for you to quickly find exactly what you need. Just enter your query in the search box (near the top of the page) and it will search across all of FinancialForce Community and Xtra to find the answer(s) you need.
Share. Learn. Collaborate. The Community forum is a separate Chatter instance, where customers and FinancialForce.com staff can collaborate in real-time. Just like Chatter, you can follow people to see their posts, form groups, tag posts, create topics and send links. And there are pre-configured groups for each of our apps, so that you can better direct any questions towards users of the same product.
Get to know our apps inside and out. Just click on the Training tab and find an extensive list of all of our training courses, live or on-demand. Each of the courses is designed by our Training team and lead by one of our expert consultants. Simply find the course you want then register to extend your knowledge and experience of our products.
Don’t be shy. Help us build the products and community you want to see by entering your ideas or feature requests into the Ideas section. Even cast your vote on other ideas you see while you’re in there. Each and every idea is reviewed by the FinancialForce Product Management team.
Just log it. Enter any product related question, issue or bug into the Cases sections and we’ll address it. Just choose the product and area the issue relates and we'll connect you to the right support personnel. And any existing documentation relating to that issue will be displayed before the case is created. Customers can also view existing cases and their status right here too.
Customers can access FinancialForce Community via FinancialForce Central, an AppExchange package that gives you direct access (no login required).
Once Central is installed in your live Salesforce org, you can access Community by opening the FinancialForce Central tab, then clicking on the Community banner. You will then be logged in, as long as we have your Salesforce org contact email address registered in our system (if you use that email address to log into Xtra then that will already be the case).

Once registered you can also bookmark pages in Community and then access them directly at a later date, or just visit http://erp.force.com/community and provide your normal Salesforce username and password (i.e. the same one you use for your live company org) to login.
