FCR Media Belgium needed to transform its IT architecture landscape, reduce the number of inefficient interfaces, and provide easy access to customer data. Prior to FinancialForce, teams booked and reconciled payments across three separate software solutions—creating invoicing silos. As a result, complete customer balance overviews were difficult to create. Sales and account staff needed a single source of truth for tracking exchanges with customers, and a new approach to integrating PO functionality.

Cloudteam, a FinancialForce partner, implemented Accounting and Spend Management to provide the foundation for a new integrated Cloud ERP platform. This included reengineered Purchase Order processing processes to gain full control over departmental budget spending.
Enhanced General Ledger coding provided easier and faster reporting across FCR Media Belgium’s Finance division. Now, teams can access centralized and combined customer and supplier data to review a complete picture of each contact.
By developing a rapid implementation strategy alongside a FinancialForce implementation partner—Cloud Team–change management had a minimum impact on day-to-day operations.

Together, FCR Media Belgium and Cloud Team were able to replace legacy SAP software with FinancialForce Cloud Accounting and Spend Management in under 2 months. The new PO approval functionality via smartphones, instantly reducing processing time for managers by 75%. FCR Media’s Finance team also significantly reduced operational costs by consolidating its existing software and hardware systems. With the combination of Salesforce and FinancialForce, teams now have a 360° view of real-time customer data and management dashboards—across any device.
