Acting as One Team is the backbone of everything we do. No silos, no decisions made in a vacuum. In support of achieving collective success, we hire the best, foster a culture of collaboration, and celebrate together when we win. We think this has really paid off, but don’t just take our word: check out the awards we have received. If this kind of environment resonates with you, we invite you to join the awesome global team we call FinancialForce.
In case you are wondering, we are led by some of the most dynamic people in the application software industry. By way of example, our CEO, Jeremy Roche, often referred to as the "people’s CEO", demonstrates his uncompromising commitment to, and engagement with, FinancialForce employees daily – a unique leadership characteristic mirrored only by his deep commitment to the overall health and success of the company. As you can see, he enjoys riding planes, which we think is pretty cool as well.
The key to our business is the people that build, market, sell and support our apps. So we have created an amazing place to work by bringing incredibly talented people together, giving them the tools they need to succeed and an energetic and fun environment to thrive.
“Hands down it’s the people. They motivate me and I hope I motivate them. When we launched FinancialForce.com in 2009 we had big dreams of becoming a top player in the enterprise cloud application space. Those dreams have become reality and we’ve done it as a team every step of the way. I have never been part of a more creative, collaborative, and spirited team that can make the long, hard days seem easy. Strong work ethic and passion for success is in abundance." — Jeremy Roche, CEO
