Get ready and be in the know at Community Live 2016
You’ve registered for your sessions and have your Community Live agenda sorted. That’s a good start. But when you arrive in Las Vegas, you want to make the most of your time there. In addition to the action packed General Sessions, your breakout and training sessions, here are some things not to miss during the event:
Come along to our Imagination Station for a live demo of the latest releases across the FinancialForce applications. Are you curious to find out whether another FinancialForce product might be right for you? Take a personalized tour here. We’ll also have a Customer Community kiosk where you can learn more about our virtual community.
Share your experiences of FinancialForce with potential customers and help us to raise our profile at the same time. If you review our products during the event, you’ll receive a $25 Amazon gift card and be entered into a prize draw for a $500 Ticketmaster gift card, presented right there in Las Vegas.
Don’t let any opportunity go to waste. We have set aside break times, lunch times with topic tables, and the evening networking reception, to give you plenty of time to seek out and speak with other members of the FinancialForce Community. They are using the same products as you, facing the same challenges as you and looking for new ideas too. So don’t be shy. We want you to swap notes (and business cards) and help each other to be successful with our products.
Before you arrive in Las Vegas, have a plan…
Make a list of your objectives for the event. What do you want to accomplish while you’re there? Here are a few questions you might want to consider:
- Where is my business headed in the next 18 months – 2 years? Are there any FinancialForce products and/or resources I want to learn more about to help?
As your business grows, you will face different challenges such as a mobile workforce, more projects to manage, expanding into new markets and countries, the list goes on. Have this in mind as you walk around the event and make it your mission to find out more information to help you with those challenges.

- Is my business using the latest version of the application(s)?
You will see first hand, throughout the day, the latest product functionality. If you aren’t on the latest version of the product, then you are missing out on all that good stuff. Upgrading is simple, and we’ll be happy to answer your questions on our ‘upgrading’ topic table.
- What piece of functionality would I like to know more about?
Is there a topic table on that or could you find some like minded customers in Community who are already using it and could offer some advice? OR ask our experts at the Imagination Station to show it to you in action.
- How can we optimize our use of the product/platform?
FinancialForce customers are the biggest and best source of advice for how to get more from the FinancialForce product set and the Salesforce platform as a whole. So make a note of your questions and ask them – FinancialForce product experts will be on hand throughout the event.
