And that’s a wrap! It was an eventful second day at FinancialForce Community Live – complete with a power outage on the Las Vegas strip! Have you ever seen a casino in the dark? It’s a little eerie. Other than that mishap, day 2 was anything but dark.
In true Las Vegas fashion, we started the day with quite a show. James “Jay” Guilford, creator of
Cirque du Soleil’s SPARK Sessions, gave a short history of Cirque du Soleil then invited a panel of Cirque-sters including Lou D’Angeli, Senior Director of Marketing & Public Relations, Sarah Davidson, Senior Talent Scout, and John Grüber, General Stage Manager for Cirque du Soleil’s production of Michael Jackson ONE to the stage. They told us that reimagining and collaboration is the key to success. Plus, how could we have Cirque du Soleil at the event without a performance? We wouldn’t. Two amazing acrobats took the stage and wowed us all.
Today was the day we also honored our 360 Customer Excellence Award winners! From Excellence in PSA to Excellence in exemplary use of the platform – congratulations to all of our outstanding customer winners! See all the 360 winners here.
After a wonderful lunch sponsored by OAC Services, we commenced the sessions and hands-on trainings. Attendees received advanced training on Financial Management Spring 16, heard project management best practices with PSA Gantt and Task Management, learned how to better engage their employees, and so much more!
Thank you to all of our customers and partners for coming to the conference and making it the fun event that it was, power outage and all! Cheers to next week at Community Live London.
