I am happy to make an announcement that I feel is long overdue. We are launching our first annual FinancialForce 360s Customer Excellence Awards honoring outstanding customer achievement. Every day, I hear about how our customers are achieving groundbreaking innovation and cost savings that deserve to be recognized in the industry, so we are pleased to kick off this annual award to showcase their incredible results!

The essence of the 360s is to recognize FinancialForce.com customers who have transformed their businesses with our back office solutions. I am also happy to share that joining me on the 360s award judging panel are Debbie Ashton; Mike Rosenbaum, EVP of Platform at salesforce.com and a Board member of ours; and Michael Krigsman, an internationally recognized analyst, strategy advisor and authority on software leadership, CIO innovation and social business. We are all looking forward to evaluating some superb customer use cases in the coming weeks.

This year’s FinancialForce 360s Customer Excellence Awards will feature five categories.

  • FinancialForce Accounting Excellence
  • FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA) Excellence
  • FinancialForce Service Resources Planning (SRP) Excellence
  • Best Customer Experience
  • Business Breakthrough of the Year

All customers are eligible to submit a nomination. Our plan is to announce the finalists on Sunday, November 17, 2013, and announce the winners on stage at FinancialForce.Community on Monday, November 18, 2013. Nominations are open now through Wednesday, November 13, 2013.
