#FFLive: Customers talk Community

#FFLive: Customers talk Community

As FinancialForce Community Live 2016 gets closer – May 10-11 in Las Vegas and May 18 in London – the excitement from our customers, sponsors and staff continues to grow. This year will be bigger and better than ever in both locations, with the Las Vegas event split into 2 days of learning and fun.

At last year’s Community Day in San Francisco, I had the pleasure of interviewing our sponsors and customers for the #FFLive series. We talked about highlights from the day’s keynote and sessions, their expectations for Dreamforce, what it means to be better together and how they’re enjoying the event.

Nana Gregg of BRG and Asha Aravindakshan of Ashoka were two of the amazing customers I got to chat with. Here’s what they said at last year’s event:

“Meeting everybody that I’ve dealt with on a day-by-day basis in the Community – putting faces to names – it’s the best feeling when they come up to you and hug you because they feel like they know you… it’s been a really great experience.” Nana Gregg – Sr. Salesforce Admin at BRG – Winner, 2015 360 Customer Excellence Community Champion Award

“The day’s been going great. It’s been awesome catching up with all our customer service reps, other clients and partners. And the keynote was amazing. She talked about collaboration, which is exactly what FinancialForce is talking about today with ‘better together.’  I feel like it brought everything together for me as a client.” Asha Aravindakshan -Director of Global Talent Operations at Ashoka
