Don’t miss the keynote speakers at this year’s FinancialForce Community Live 2017
FinancialForce Community Live gets bigger and better every year. 2017 is no exception. At both our London and Las Vegas events, we are looking forward to creating Brilliant Connections with our customers and focusing on strategy, training & best practices to help inspire fresh ideas & bold outcomes. To help inspire further, we are thrilled to have two amazing guest keynote speakers on stage this year.
Tiffani Bova, Global, Customer Growth and Innovation Evangelist, Salesforce
Tiffani Bova will address how companies of all sizes can create new business practices that leverage technology to strengthen customer relationships and accelerate sales and growth. Attendees in both London and Las Vegas will hear actionable takeaways on how to create a customer-centric business and long-lasting brand loyalty.
As an industry thought leader and the global customer growth and innovation evangelist at Salesforce, Tiffani Bova watches overall market trends to uncover best practices on how to improve sales performance and enhance the overall customer experience.
Prior to Salesforce, she spent 10 years at Gartner as a vice president, distinguished analyst, and research fellow, covering sales transformation and indirect channel innovation. Over the past 10 years, she has worked with hundreds of technology companies to develop highly effective growth strategies and innovative go-to-market models. She has been published in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and The Huffington Post.
Geoffrey Moore, Business Strategy & Technology Expert
An author, speaker, and advisor, Geoffrey splits his consulting time between start-up companies in the Mohr Davidow portfolio and established high-tech enterprises. Recently this included Salesforce, Microsoft, Intel, Box, Aruba, Cognizant, and Rackspace.
Throughout his career, he has focused on market dynamics surrounding disruptive innovations. Crossing the Chasm – his first book – focuses on the challenges that many start-ups face transitioning from early adoption to mainstream customers, and has sold over a million copies. His most recent work, Escape Velocity, addresses the challenges large enterprises face when they seek to add a new line of business to their established portfolio.
More and more, a popular theme is the transition in enterprise IT investment focus from Systems of Record to Systems of Engagement, something we focus on here at FinancialForce. In his keynote at Community Live Las Vegas, Geoffrey Moore will talk about how this is driving the deployment of a new cloud infrastructure to complement the legacy client-server stack, creating massive markets for a next generation of tech industry leaders.
You won’t want to miss this. FinancialForce Community Live London will be held 17 May – 18 May at The Crystal, and FinancialForce Community Live Las Vegas will be June 19 – June 21 at Caesar’s Palace.
