Sun, Foo, Boba, Alba – Dreamforce Day 3 did not disappoint. It’s fair to say that I am a little sad it’s the last day of this epic event but headed to Rehab 2015 with these guys to help soften the blow and recap the weeks best stuff. Here are some Day 3 highlights.
1.) Thank you Foo Fighters. You guys were amazing and played to help raise an incredible $10 million for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals. We love Dave G. (And the Killers killed it too).
2.) Jessica Alba reveals she can’t code but she can post a Jira ticket. The actress turned business woman wants to see more women in technology. She, Gayle King and Susan Wojcicki, CEO of YouTube, led a fun talk on how we can truly engage future female leaders and advocates. The Women’s Leadership Summit: CEO Panel with Leah Busque, founder and CEO of TaskRabbit, and Katrina Lake, founder and CEO of StitchFix, was also packed with inspiring content for women in tech.
3.) Speaking of women in tech, these two rocked it. SpanishForce in action with Carolina Ruiz and Agustina Garcia presenting at the DevZone. Great alone. Better Together.
5.) Great week spending time with press and analysts at Dreamforce. We had a lot to cover – Lightning ready, ERP Wave apps, new reporting, Apple Watch time tracking app. And got to have fun while chatting about it all.
6.) “Data is the real currency for your company.” – Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella. Data really is king and probably why people are loving the reporting functionality in the FinancialForce apps. (This is from Day 2 but gets a Day 3 shout out because it left a big impression).
7.) Bobaforce! We love Boba and you clearly love Boba. We served 1000+ milk tea delights to you guys this week.
So see you next year? (or meet me at Rehab!).
