We’re thrilled to share news that not one, but two FinancialForce PSA customers, Nexstara and Netsmart, are named in SPI’s 2015 Professional Services Maturity™ Benchmark reportThis is the fifth consecutive year that one or more of our customers have received the prestigious honor.

Both companies had a wildly successful year in 2014, full of growth and profitability, ranking in the top five percent best-of-the-best performing Professional Services Organizations (PSO), benchmarked against more than 220 participating firms. Their success was in large part due to strategic use of technology.

Service Performance Insight‘s (SPI) 2015 Professional Services Maturity™ Benchmark report found that 2014 was a year of steady growth in the Professional Services industry – one of incremental improvements, higher spend on IT solutions (like FinancialForce PSA), balanced growth, productivity and profit improvements – all benchmarks demonstrated by companies like Nexstara and Netsmart.
