With less than two weeks until Community Day and Dreamforce, we’re thrilled to unveil the finalists in this year’s 360 Customer Excellence Awards, recognizing outstanding cloud ERP achievements made by our customers.
We received record nominations and needless to say, the competition is fierce. Our judges are carefully combing through each finalist’s story before selecting winners who will be announced on stage at Community Day on Monday, September 14th.

Recognizes customers who have demonstrated effectiveness and greater efficiencies in supply chain management including contract management, order fulfilment, CPQ, inventory management and supplier management while leveraging the power of FinancialForce SCM and the Salesforce1 Platform.
Best ERP Vision
Recognizes customers who have demonstrated strong vision for the future of ERP via the combined power of FinancialForce applications and the Salesforce1 Platform.
Best Customer Experience
Recognizes customers who have demonstrated initiative, excellence and creativity in how they utilize FinancialForce solutions, on top of the Salesforce1 Platform, to improve their customer’s experience. Winners will be selected based on how they have included FinancialForce applications as part of their customer-centric strategy, and the impact the front- and back-office integration has made on their business.
Recognizes those customers who are the most actively engaged within the FinancialForce Community, regularly initiating and participating in the top discussions and influencing and supporting other members with their comments, feedback and ideas. The winners will be those who hold the highest reputation levels and have been instrumental in driving forward the Community and in helping other Community members to strive for excellence with FinancialForce applications.
