A new era of predictable services business at TSW 2018

The premiere services-industry event Technology Services World (TSW) concluded in Las Vegas last night but its impact on the 1,600+ services and technology executive attendees will forge on. The group came in eager to learn new ways to optimize services delivery and grow their business with event themes that included predictive insights, customer lifetime value, and expanding revenue models.

As a leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution provider at the show, FinancialForce was in high demand. Our industry and product experts hosted numerous one-on-one meetings, sessions, and booth demos, discussing how FinancialForce PSA helps services organizations forecast smarter, boost utilization, and drive customer success. We had a lot to talk about too, with many product, partner, and customer announcements emerging throughout the week.

Accelerate growth for services-driven organizations

The latest FinancialForce PSA release features significant functionality enhancements designed to accelerate the growth of complex midsize and enterprise services organizations. It includes a PSA Analytics application powered by Salesforce Einstein, advanced forecasting, and an improved user experience. It also debuts French, Spanish, and Dutch language packs for organizations running global business operations, as well as a new Integration Hub to accelerate and simplify the connection between FinancialForce and third-party applications. Expanding the FinancialForce PSA footprint

This week we also announced the extension of our PSA footprint to include best-in-class contract management and customer success insight capabilities. The new capabilities are a result of partnerships with Conga and Gainsight to help services businesses enhance their digital document transformation, deliver customer success and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle, and maximize customer lifetime value and recurring revenue growth. Another big highlight at TSW? Our customer Imprivata won the SMB STAR Award for Best Practices in Leveraging PSA for Service Excellence. TSIA recognized Imprivata for its outstanding revenue growth, dramatic improvements in customer satisfaction, and a reduction in turnover by nearly half in four years—and for using the right PSA solution to make it happen.
