Our customers ranked “Best-of-the-Best” in 2018 SPI Professional Services Maturity Benchmark Report

FinancialForce customers are truly the best. Today we’re proud to share that three organizations using FinancialForce Professional Services Automation have been named top performers in Service Performance Insight’s (SPI Research) 2018 “Best-of-the-Best” Professional Services Organizations (PSO) list, which is part of the firm’s annual Professional Services Maturity™ Benchmark Report.

These top performers grew both revenues and new jobs at more than twice the rate of average firms.  

Out of 456 participating organizations in the 2018 study, 20 firms (5%) significantly outperformed the benchmark average by excelling in all five service performance dimensions: Leadership, Client Relationships, Human Capital Alignment, Service Execution, and Finance and Operations. 

For FinancialForce, this marks the eighth consecutive year that our customers have been honored and the second year in a row we have had three customers rank in the same “Best-of-the-Best” list. The numbers don’t lie: companies that take advantage of our PSA solution, natively built on the Salesforce Platform, are outperforming the competition.
