San Francisco, November 18, 2013: FinancialForce.com, the company revolutionizing back office applications, announced today the winners of its first annual FinancialForce 360s Customer Excellence Awards. Honorees were recognized for their outstanding achievements on stage today at FinancialForce.com’s annual customer conference, FinancialForce.Community. The company, who recently announced another quarter of 80 percent year-over-year growth, launched this customer awards program as a venue to showcase their customers’ successful implementations and the company’s growing impact in the back office.

FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA) Excellence
As a result of FinancialForce PSA, Perceptive Software, creator of process and content management products and solutions, has improved inter-departmental collaboration, enabled better analysis of data and helped management to make better decisions – all of which has led to increased revenue.
FinancialForce Service Resources Planning (SRP) Excellence
Winner: Nexius Insight
Nexius Insight, leader in delivering end-to-end wireless services and software solutions, leveraged FinancialForce PSA to allow three separate companies to share information on one database, create a more customer-centric organization and increase real-time visibility of P&Ls.
Best Customer Experience:
Winner: Chambers Gasket
By using FinancialForce.com’s applications, Chambers Gasket, which specializes in custom gaskets, has integrated CRM, ERP, accounting and billing systems on a single platform to improve operations and customer experience, and allow the sales team to access data on mobile devices.
Business Breakthrough of the Year
Winner: All Traffic Solutions
All Traffic Solutions, manufacturer of traffic safety solutions, has adopted saleforce.com, FinancialForce.com and AscentERP to reduce IT costs, improve business agility and increase sales and profitability.
