As a customer experience veteran with more than 25 years of management experience, she has successfully led customer-focused teams responsible for driving business growth, customer retention and exceptional, award-winning customer experiences.

Prior to FinancialForce, she was responsible for all services delivery and customer renewals and retention at Alfresco Software, as their Chief Customer Officer. Prior to that, Andrea held senior leadership positions in Customer Support, Services, and Renewal Operations for Oracle, RightNow Technologies, and NetScout Systems, and is a frequent speaker at customer experience events.
