Kevin Costello

Chairman, FinancialForce

Kevin Costello was President of Ariba, Inc. from 2007 until its acquisition by SAP in 2012, and President of Ariba, an SAP Company, from 2012 until 2014. He joined Ariba in 2002 as Executive Vice President and later became Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to joining Ariba, he was a global managing partner for Andersen Business Consulting and was one of six members on the consulting executive leadership team. Mr. Costello is a director of Vantiv, Inc. and The Rainmaker Group. Previously, he served as a director of Cbeyond, Inc., the chair of its compensation committee, and a member of its audit committee. He is vice-chairman of the Technology Association of Georgia, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Berry

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, McAfee

Michael Berry is executive vice president and chief financial officer at McAfee. He is responsible for all aspects of finance, including financial planning, accounting, and tax and treasury. He is also responsible for shared services, procurement, facilities, and IT.

Before joining McAfee in February 2017, Berry was executive vice president, chief financial officer, and chief operating officer at FireEye.Berry is a security industry veteran with a strong background in both finance and general management. Before FireEye, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Informatica. Earlier, he led finance and other operations for a number of technology companies, including IO, SolarWinds, and i2 Technologies.

Berry earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Augsburg College and an MBA in finance from the University of St. Thomas. He is a member of the Rapid7 board of directors where he serves as audit committee chair.

Tim McAdam

General Partner, TCV

Tim is a General Partner of Technology Crossover Partners (TCV), a leading provider of capital to growth-stage companies in the technology industry. He joined TCV in 2010 and has been in the venture capital industry since 1991. Tim's primary investment focus is in the software, security, tech-enabled services and Internet industries. In addition to the FinancialForce board, he is currently on the board of Alarm.com and Rapid7. He also represents TCVs interest in Avalara, was on the board of TOA (acquired by Oracle); and actively involved with TCVs investment in Splunk.

Prior to joining TCV, Tim spent 10 years at Trinity Ventures, a leading venture capital firm focused on the technology industry. Previously, Tim was a vice president at GTCR where he made numerous information technology investments and a Senior Associate at TA Associates where he focused on investing in enterprise software companies. Tim received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Tod Nielsen

President & CEO, FinancialForce

Tod Nielsen is the President and CEO of FinancialForce. Formerly the Executive Vice President of Platform at Salesforce, Tod joined FinancialForce in January 2017, bringing his deep understanding of cloud platforms and extensive experience taking technology companies beyond the billion dollar revenue mark. Prior to his role at Salesforce, Tod redefined Heroku’s enterprise strategy as the Chief Executive Officer, significantly accelerating its growth. As the Co-President of Applications Platform Group and Chief Operating Officer at VMware, their market cap increased 9-fold to more than 50 billion dollars.

Tod has held additional high profile positions throughout his career. Prior to VMware, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Borland Corporation where he successfully rebuilt the organization and quadrupled the company’s revenue. Earlier, Tod served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Global Sales Support for Oracle and Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for BEA Systems. Prior to BEA, he spent 12 years growing Microsoft cloud and development offerings in various executive roles, including General Manager of Database and Developer Tools and Vice President of Microsoft's Platform group, where he was responsible for the development of .NET and Azure platforms.

Tod studied Business Administration and Information Systems at Central Washington University.

Mike Rosenbaum

Executive Vice President of CRM Applications, Salesforce

Mike Rosenbaum is Executive Vice President of CRM Applications at Salesforce. In this role, he is responsible for the customer success, vision and product development for the world’s #1 CRM including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Salesforce1 and Lightning.

Since joining Salesforce more than a decade ago, Mike has held several leadership positions and driven some of Salesforce’s most notable product advancements. Most recently, he led Sales Cloud and spearheaded the launch of the Salesforce Lightning framework, a next-generation user experience. Prior to that, Mike led the Salesforce Platform organization and the AppExchange ecosystem. Under his leadership, the Salesforce Platform became the world’s #1 PaaS, and the AppExchange grew to be the world’s largest cloud computing marketplace for business apps.

Before Salesforce, Mike worked in Information Technology and marketing at Siebel Systems and spent five years as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy on board the USS Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Stephan Sieber

CEO, Unit4

Stephan Sieber was appointed CEO of Unit4 in 2016. He joined Unit4 in 2014 with responsibility for driving strategy and corporate development. He became responsible for global sales operations in 2015. Stephan previously worked for SAP where he held multiple leadership positions over more than 10 years including Managing Director of SAP Switzerland and Chief Operating Officer of the region DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). He was also a member of the management team of SAP Germany.

Fred Wakeman

Managing Partner, Advent International

Fred Wakeman is Managing Partner at Advent International Corp. Fred joined Advent in 1998. Prior to Advent, Fred was a director in GE Capital's equity capital group, where he specialized in later-stage growth capital investments, primarily in the media and business services sectors in both the US and Europe.

Fred received double BAs in Economics and History from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Georgetown University School of Business.

John Woyton

Managing Director, Advent International

John Woyton is Managing Partner at Advent International Corp. John has nearly 20 years’ experience in the global technology industry. He is currently responsible for Advent International's Technology, Media and Telecom investment team. John joined the firm in 2009, having previously been an investment professional at The Carlyle Group and 3i. John began his career at UBS Warburg.

John is a member of Chatham House, the Royal Economic Society, and is a trustee of Little Bleeders, a charity raising awareness for children with blood disorders. John received his BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Jennifer Lagaly

Senior Vice President of Sales, Salesforce

Jennifer Lagaly is a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Salesforce. In her 13 years at the company, she's served in a variety of sales roles across the organization. Prior to Salesforce, Lagaly has experience in technology sales across several companies including Forte (Sun) and Motiva (Siebel), and providing Siebel and Remedy call-center solutions to Siemens ICN. Lagaly lives in the Bay Area with her husband and five children and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering at University of California, Davis.

Chris Ouwinga

Chairman, Unit4

Chris Ouwinga is Chairman of UNIT4 NV. He co-founded UNIT4 in 1980 and was initially responsible for various functional areas of the company, including the product and technical side of the business with his appointment as Assistant Director in 1983. In 1986, he was appointed CEO and, under his leadership, UNIT4 has grown into one of Europe’s leading suppliers of business software and services.
