As a Salesforce ISV, NewVoiceMedia, like FinancialForce, is built on the Salesforce App Cloud and manages its customer data on the platform. It has now switched its financial systems from Sage and Midas to FinancialForce Accounting and FinancialForce Revenue Recognition. This comes after seeing similar benefits from moving to manage projects with FinancialForce PSA, on the same platform.
