I would highly recommend FinancialForce PSA. We’ve been with them since 2009, and it has dramatically changed our professional services business. We can now accurately report on utilization, burn rate, and plan for capacity. Because it’s Salesforce native, it is directly linked with our Sales Opportunities and the products our customers purchase, and we can measure our delivery effectiveness per product line. We’ve also had great success with FinancialForce PSA because of its flexibility and ease of customization; we automated our monthly revenue recognition and greatly reduced time spent on time card approval. Their customer support is fantastic as well. This would be my recommendation for any PS shop which relies on Salesforce.
