Debbie Ashton – Vice President, Product

Debbie is responsible for product strategy, including design, engineering and support. Prior to FinancialForce.com, she was Product Director of CODA Group from 2006 and before that held senior research & development and product management roles for CODA. From 1995 to 2000, Debbie held positions in client management, consultancy and presales for Science Systems and was part of the team who acquired CODA in the year 2000. Following the acquisition of CODA, Debbie led the team that designed and delivered CODA's award-winning financial applications and was a core member of the team that conceived CODA's SaaS accounting concept.

Debbie began her career in microbiology and has a degree in Applied Biology from Sheffield Hallam University.

Tom Brennan - Vice President, Product Marketing

Tom has over 20 years experience in the financial software space and is a pioneer in the Application Service Provider (ASP) market, serving as a founding board member of the ASP Industry Consortium. Previously, he was vice president of sales and marketing at CODA, Inc. a developer of financial software for multi-national companies. Tom went on to become vice president of sales and marketing at The Taylor Group, where he helped develop the firm into an award winning Microsoft Business Solution partner and Application Service Provider. As the principal of Brennan Marketing LLC, he has provided marketing consulting services to high technology companies including Cisco, Microsoft and UNIT4 CODA. He most recently served as president of Proactis, Inc., where he successfully launched the company’s North American operations.

Tom holds a B.S. in Accounting from Mount St Mary’s University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from American University.

Todd Bursey - General Manager, Professional Services Automation

Todd Bursey is general manager of FinancialForce.com’s Professional Services Automation business. Todd joined the company as part of FinancialForce.com's acquisition of the PS Enterprise solution from Appirio, Inc. and leads the company in the area of Professional Services Automation (PSA). Todd spent four years at Appirio in sales and consulting roles before heading up the PS Enterprise business. His career began at Accenture before he moved into consulting and eventually became director of business operations at Borland. Todd holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Jim Carney - Vice President, Finance

Jim has more than 25 years of experience in finance, most recently serving as vice president of financial operations for Comcast Cable Communications. Prior to Comcast, he held financial executive positions at industry-leading companies AT&T Broadband, Charter Communications, and ARI Network Services, Inc.

Jim holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Denver.

Adrian Ivanov – Vice President, Sales

Adrian Ivanov is responsible for all sales efforts at FinancialForce.com. In his role, Adrian leverages both his start-up and Fortune 500 experience across a broad range of application areas including Accounting/Financials, CRM, HR, Supply Chain and Security.

Adrian joined FinancialForce.com as Vice President, Sales, from Vontu, where he was a member of the executive team – reporting to the CEO and responsible for all aspects of Alliances, Channel Sales and Business Development. Previously, Adrian held senior leadership positions in direct sales, channel sales and product management for Oracle, PeopleSoft, Zoho and Montgomery Financial Services.

Adrian received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Finance degree from Santa Clara University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Kevin Roberts - Vice President Business Development

Kevin is responsible for developing and supporting strategic partner relationships and has been with FinancialForce.com since the company’s inception during which time he has been a key figure in the rapidly evolving salesforce.com, Force.com and FinancialForce.com ecosystems.

Kevin has over 25 years back office systems integration experience across a wide variety of technical environments and also has over 6 years of salesforce.com system administration experience.

Kevin has held a variety of Consulting, Product Management, Pre-Sales and Sales leadership positions with Cap Gemini, Lynx Financial Systems, CODA and UNIT4 in both the UK and the US. He has a strong technical, integration, database administration and systems architecture background gained through experience of implementing enterprise Financial Accounting and ERP applications in the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America.

Kevin was awarded BSc honors degree in Management Sciences from the Warwick Business School.

Liz Schofield – Vice President, Marketing

Liz Schofield has over 12 years of experience in technology marketing. Before FinancialForce.com, Liz held senior management roles in CODA Group's international marketing function from 2003. Liz was part of the original team that conceived the SaaS accounting concept and gained approval for the application to be built. As Vice President, Marketing, Liz is responsible for the global co-ordination of corporate marketing, product marketing, vertical marketing, and brand management. Her role also includes supporting the global sales teams based in the UK and US. Prior to 2003, Liz held positions with Intergraph Corporation and Aspen Technology, Inc.

Liz has a degree in Modern Languages & Economics from Newcastle Polytechnic, and a Masters degree in International Marketing from Napier University, Edinburgh.
