Jeremy Roche is President and CEO of FinancialForce.com. Jeremy was the driving force behind the creation of FinancialForce.com in 2009 with investment from UNIT4 and salesforce.com.
Prior to launching FinancialForce.com, Jeremy was instrumental in the success and global expansion of CODA, a UK-headquartered public company specializing in enterprise accounting applications. In 2008, Jeremy led CODA through its acquisition by UNIT4 and its successful integration with its new parent, creating one of Europe's top 10 software vendors.
Jeremy began his career at IBM, after which he joined ISV Lychgate where he held a number of senior systems engineering and sales roles. He joined Science Systems (now SciSys) as Commercial Director in 1990 and was a core member of the team that led the acquisition of CODA in March 2000. He was then appointed CTO of the newly formed CODA Group and became CEO in 2002. Following 5 years of growth, he led the demerger of CODA from parent CODASciSys in 2006 and the relisting of CODA plc on the London AIM market.
Jeremy is also a member of the Managing Board of UNIT4, majority shareholder of FinancialForce.com.
In 2005, Jeremy helped establish the European Software Association and spent three years as Chairman, promoting software best practice and cooperation across the business community. He is also co-author of “Beyond Governance: Creating Corporate Value through Performance, Conformance and Responsibility”.
Jeremy has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Thames Polytechnic, London.
With more than 16 years of experience in enterprise software development, customer experience management and product management, Debbie leads product strategy, R&D, and customer advocacy as the Vice President of Product at FinancialForce.com. Under Debbie's leadership, the company's Accounting and PSA products have been honored with accolades such as British Accountancy Awards' Software of the Year and 2012 CRM WatchList's Broad Brush Winner while customer satisfaction reliably exceeds industry average. Debbie and Jeremy Roche, while at CODA Group, realized a market gap in cloud applications for financial management and collaborated in the founding of FinancialForce.com with the backing of UNIT4.
Prior to creating FinancialForce.com, Debbie served as the Head of Product Management for CODA Group and held senior research & development and product management responsibilities for CODA. Earlier in her career, Debbie held positions in client management, consultancy and presales for Science Systems and was part of the team who acquired CODA in the year 2000. Following the acquisition of CODA, Debbie led the team that designed and delivered CODA's award-winning financial applications and was a core member of the team that conceived CODA's SaaS accounting concept.
Debbie began her career in microbiology and has a degree in Applied Biology from Sheffield Hallam University. Outside of work, Debbie is a proud mother of two boys and enjoys spending time with family and participating in triathlons.
Adrian Ivanov is responsible for all sales efforts at FinancialForce.com. In his role, Adrian leverages both his start-up and Fortune 500 experience across a broad range of application areas including Accounting/Financials, CRM, HR, Supply Chain and Security.
Adrian joined FinancialForce.com as Vice President, Sales, from Vontu, where he was a member of the executive team – reporting to the CEO and responsible for all aspects of Alliances, Channel Sales and Business Development. Previously, Adrian held senior leadership positions in direct sales, channel sales and product management for Oracle, PeopleSoft, Zoho and Montgomery Financial Services.
Adrian received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Finance degree from Santa Clara University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Tom has over 20 years experience in the financial software space and is a pioneer in the Application Service Provider (ASP) market, serving as a founding board member of the ASP Industry Consortium. Previously, he was vice president of sales and marketing at CODA, Inc. a developer of financial software for multi-national companies. Tom went on to become vice president of sales and marketing at The Taylor Group, where he helped develop the firm into an award winning Microsoft Business Solution partner and Application Service Provider. As the principal of Brennan Marketing LLC, he provided marketing consulting services to high technology companies including Cisco, Microsoft and UNIT4 CODA. He most recently served as president of Proactis, Inc., where he successfully launched the company’s North American operations.
Tom holds a B.S. in Accounting from Mount St Mary’s University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from American University.
Jim has more than 25 years of experience in finance in the software and cable industries, most recently serving as vice president of financial operations for Comcast Cable Communications. Prior to Comcast, he held financial executive positions at industry-leading companies AT&T Broadband and Charter Communications, and was CFO of the International Clinical Group/Micromedex, a healthcare information subsidiary of The Thomson Corporation.
Jim holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Denver.
Kevin is responsible for developing and supporting strategic partner relationships and has been with FinancialForce.com since the company’s inception during which time he has been a key figure in the rapidly evolving salesforce.com, Force.com and FinancialForce.com ecosystems.
Kevin has over 25 years back office systems integration experience across a wide variety of technical environments and also has over 6 years of salesforce.com system administration experience.
Kevin has held a variety of Consulting, Product Management, Pre-Sales and Sales leadership positions with Cap Gemini, Lynx Financial Systems, CODA and UNIT4 in both the UK and the US. He has a strong technical, integration, database administration and systems architecture background gained through experience of implementing enterprise Financial Accounting and ERP applications in the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America.
Kevin was awarded BSc honors degree in Management Sciences from the Warwick Business School.
Michael O’Brien, is GM for our Accounting Software Applications, where his leadership is instrumental in guiding the product direction for our accounting applications. Michael joined the company in 2012 as a leader on the sales team and helped us close the year with a near 100% growth rate. His career has spanned various financial related roles from operations, to sales, to product strategy and implementation.
Before FinancialForce.com, he was CFO of an employee benefits administration where he helped the business grow by over 40% per year for 5 years and oversaw the successful implementation of Salesforce CRM. He helped launch Silknet Software, the first web architected CRM package, where he held many roles including Vice President of Products responsible for aligning product development, marketing and sales. Before that at CODA, he ran the America’s Professional Services organization and co-developed the company’s comprehensive worldwide implementation methodology.
Mike is a Cum Laude graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a BS in Accounting.
Doug has over 20 years of finance and operations experience across a wide variety of software and consulting industries. In his current role as GM, PSA Applications at FinancialForce.com, he is charged with product vision and strategy, product marketing, competitive intelligence and helping to ensure sales and customer success. He has been a corporate controller for VC backed, start up ventures and was a key player in IPO and turnaround situations.
As Director, Sales & Service Operations for Chordiant Software, he oversaw all operations, finance and SOC compliance for the worldwide field organization. After Chordiant's acquisition by Pegasystems, Doug joined Host Analytics as Director, Services and Customer Success Operations. At Host Analytics, he helped create the Customer Success organization, oversaw Support and Training, and turned the Services organization into a profitable arm of the business.
Doug holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University.
Mike has been the CEO at Less Software for over 5 years and was instrumental in the design and build of the suite of products. Mike is an experienced executive with more than two decades of successful senior management experience at small and large companies including Honeywell, Teleflex, Western Data Systems, Avexus, Oracle, Manugistics/JDA, engaged in Supply Chain Management and technology disciplines. At these firms, he held Supply Chain operations positions before moving to pre-sales & sales role for top software providers. As CEO and co-founder of Less Software, Mike led the vision for the SCM product suite for design, creation and implementation.
David has been the CEO at Vana Workforce for 3 years and was instrumental in the design and build of the HCM suite. He joins FinancialForce.com with extensive experience in the human capital management space having held leadership positions in product management, development, and marketing at companies including Infor, Cognos, PeopleSoft, and Oracle before founding and growing Vana Workforce into a leading HR solution on the Salesforce Platform.
