Chris Ouwinga, Chairman

Chris Ouwinga is Chairman and CEO of UNIT4 NV. He co-founded UNIT4 in 1980 and was initially responsible for various functional areas of the company, including the product and technical side of the business with his appointment as Assistant Director in 1983. In 1986, he was appointed CEO and, under his leadership, UNIT4 has grown into one of Europe’s leading suppliers of business software and services.

Jeremy Roche, President & CEO

Jeremy Roche is President and CEO of FinancialForce.com. Jeremy is also a member of the Managing Board of UNIT4 NV, majority shareholder of FinancialForce.com. Jeremy was the driving force behind the creation of FinancialForce.com and prior to this was instrumental in the success and global expansion of CODA, a UK Headquartered public company specializing in enterprise accounting applications. In 2008 Jeremy led CODA through its acquisition by UNIT4, creating one of Europe's top 10 software vendors.

George Hu

George Hu is COO of salesforce.com. George joined salesforce.com in 2002 and has served in a variety of management roles including: Executive Vice President, Marketing & Alliances; Vice President of Product Marketing; Senior Vice President of Applications; Executive Vice President of Products; and Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to joining salesforce.com, George held product management and strategic consulting roles at North Point Communications and Boston Consulting Group.

Edwin van Leeuwen

Edwin van Leeuwen is CFO of UNIT4 NV, which he joined in 1999. His primary areas of attention are Finance, Legal Affairs and Investor Relations. He is a chartered accountant (RA) and was previously employed as Manager of Finance & Control with Koninklijke Van Ommeren N.V. Prior to this, he worked for 8 years as an accountant at, amongst others, Coopers & Lybrand.

Steve Cakebread

Steve Cakebread is Chief Financial Officer of Pandora, the personalized Internet radio company. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Service Source and Solarwinds. Before Pandora, Steve spent eight years at SaaS technology pioneer salesforce.com, where he most recently served as President and Chief Strategy Officer, and previously as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to salesforce.com, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Autodesk, and Vice President of Finance for Silicon Graphics World Trade before that role. Steve also held various roles at Hewlett Packard.
